STEP 1

Collect a stool sample by unscrewing the top and using the collection stick to randomly pierce the sample in 5 different sites.

STEP 2

Replace the collection stick and tighten to close. Shake the sample extraction tube vigorously to ensure an effective liquid suspension.

STEP 3

Position the sample collection tube upright and twist off the dispenser cap. Dispense 2 drops (70‐90μl) of the solution into the sample well of the cassette. Do not overload the solution.
